2004 Hyundai Accent 1.6l 4door as a follow up to my previous topic 2004 Hyundai Accent Won't Start, No Spark - I appreciate the feedback and have determined the the issue is most likely the Crank Position Sensor. I
searched the forums and this seem to be a common issue w/ our beloved Hyundai's ... The only thing I could not find is the location of sensor ... If I missed the post telling me where the little bugger is I apologize. If someone could describe the location or provide the link to a photo/diagram/schematic, it would be greatly appreciated. (also how I get it out/in) I would even be willing to award you with over 9000 internets. Thank you for your
help,

It's on the front of the motor, next to the transmission. Held in by one little 10mm bolt.

Thank you over 9000 internets to you
Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 118,000 miles.
I have looked everywhere on the internet, and I tried looking for a Chilton's on this car but I cannot find somewhere to show me where the crankshaft position sensor is.
I drove 2,300 miles on it in three days and it worked fine until a day later when I tried starting it. I had a little trouble starting it, but it started up nonetheless, then as I was backing up it just shut off. Then it would not start. It would crank and sound like it is about to start, but it just does not. I checked for a spark and there was none.
I know it could be a number of things. But I want to check the crankshaft position sensor but cannot find it. Thanks for your help.
