Last night my 2016 Jeep JKU went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. The code is P0369 - Camshaft Position Sensor B Circ Interm Bank 1. Show I went and picked up a new sensor and can replace it easily, but I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) there are two camshaft sensor locations and I don't know which one I am supposed to replace. I would have replaced both but they one had one sensor in stock. Can anyone let me know if sensor B Bank 1 is driver or passenger side? Thanks. Edwin H. Hall was an American physicist, who in 1879 discovered that he could accurately change and measure voltage on a conductor by passing it through a perpendicular magnetic field. Today his "Hall effect" magnetic sensing is used in your Wrangler's camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor to precisely control engine timing. However, several Wrangler Technical Service Bulletins
have been released for camshaft position sensors that cause long engine start cranking times and continued cranking for several seconds after the key is released. Also, when the camshaft position sensor goes bad, it will throw code P0340: "Camshaft position signal is not detected by the Power Control Module (PCM)." Materials Needed
Before beginning, disconnect the negative (black) battery cable. Also, always work when the engine is cold.

Which side is Bank 1 on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler? To make things more clear, bank 1 is on the right side of the engine as viewed from behind, and bank 2 is on the left side of the engine as viewed from behind. The upper sensor is 1; the lower sensor is 2.
What side is camshaft bank 1?Bank 1 is the side of your engine that has the cylinder 1, while sensor B refers to the exhaust camshaft side. Some car manufacturers have their own description of the P0017 code, such as GM (more specifically, Chevrolet).
