This scent is pure nostalgia for me. My mother loves lilacs and planted them every time we moved to a new house. The candle reminds me of her. <3 It’s evocative of springtime and home. The background notes of greens and air help balance out the pure powdery floral of the lilacs.

Fresh-Cut Lilacs also reminds me of my mother, as it is her fav spring scent. BBW has one of the most authentic, clearest lilac scented candles. If you like lilac, buy it. The more I smell it at the store, the more I get tempted to buy it, even though I don’t like floral candles. That’s how convincing this candle is.

Brand new condition, love this scent. Bath and body isn’t selling anymore since it’s out of season. The only downside is the cost- a lot higher than if I purchased from Bath & Body

I was a little skeptical on how this would smell and last but I was happily surprised that it exceeded my expectations!
I light it all the time and it makes my whole house smell like lilacs. Which is the best smell in the world, imo.
Long lasting, amazing scent.
I have tried cheap candles and you get what you pay for with those. Burn up fast and not very good smell.
Not with this candle. Well worth the money!

I ordered 3 White Barn Fresh Cut Lilacs candles through Amazon because Bodyworks did not have it in stock due to it being a limited edition and being that Amazon sold the same label, I presumed it would be as fragrant as the ones I bought in the store, but boy, was I wrong.

I am returning 2 for a full refund (maybe 3 if they take back a gently used candle) because I have no problem spending the money on anything I like but it has to work and this doesn’t at all.

I should have ordered from the Bodywork’s webpage as opposed to doing it through Amazon and should have realized that if Bodyworks discontinued the fresh cut lilac candles collection, then how can it still be on the market via Amazon.

Love the scent. Reminds me of when I would pick lilacs from the bush in our yard to take to my mother. Memories! Love it. ❤️
