A specific customer service center supports each member. We do this to ensure personalized service for every member. You can contact us several ways:
- Check the back of your membership card for your specific customer service phone number.
- Log into My Health Toolkit® and select Ask Customer Service at the top of the page. From here, you can send a secure message directly to someone familiar with your benefits.
