How much is a 1/4 of a cow cost?A quarter beef with processing and delivery included will cost between $750-1000 This deposit goes towards the grand total, with the balance being paid at delivery. Processing is done at USDA inspected 307 Meats. The cuts of a quarter beef are 1/4 of all the cuts that would make up a whole beef.
