Your pre-qualification offer comes into play after you choose which vehicle you want at the dealership. You will be asked to complete a credit application for the selected vehicle. This allows the dealer to find financing for you and can help locate your Auto Navigator pre-qualification offer. Knowing your terms in advance allows you to take control of your financing decision. If the dealer offers you financing from another lender, you can compare the terms with those in your Auto Navigator pre-qualification.
To complete your vehicle purchase using your offer, you will sign a retail installment contract with the dealer as the original creditor. The retail installment contract will include your purchase and financing terms and will be assigned by the dealer to the lender you've chosen.

You can update your personal information online. First, sign in. Then go to your 'Profile' page to edit your personal information. 3. How do I dispute information on my credit report? Please submit a written statement with the reason for dispute and any supporting documentation to: ATTN: COAF Credit Bureau Dispute 4. Where can I submit Auto Finance Feedback online? You can submit Auto Finance Feedback here. 5. I haven’t received my welcome letter, what should I do? Don’t worry, simply sign up for online banking to access all your account information, 24 hours a day. You’ll also be able to make payments, update personal information, view account history and more. Your welcome letter should arrive within 10 business days from when your loan was funded. 6. I haven’t received a payment coupon book, what should I do? At Capital One, there are no payment coupon books. You can
manage your accounts online, including viewing your statements, making payments, and much more. Statements are generated about 21 days prior to your due date and you will have 24-hour access to your statements in your online account. If you haven't already, sign up for online banking. 7.
