All businesses located in the City of Beverly Hills or conducting business within the city limits, whether or not the business is physically located in Beverly Hills, must apply for a Business Tax Registration Certificate before or within 30 days of the start of business operations in Beverly Hills. Regulatory Permits

In addition to a Business Tax Registration, a Regulatory Permit may also be required for certain types of businesses or activities.  Approval and issuance of a regulatory permit for such business or activity shall be a prerequisite to commencement of the business or activity.
