Cons:We waited for 45 mins for the shuttle after being told it would be 10-15. It was around 7 p.m. and my twin 4 yr olds were melting. Room was old and run down. There was a loud horn that sounded like a barge horn that went off multiple times a minute for a number of hours until early morning. I pointed it out to staff and they said they would look into it but we never heard from them after. We were using noice-canceling machines and I was using ear plugs and I could still hear it. Will all of the choices around LAX, I just wouldn't choose this hotel again. The Embassy Suites North is much nicer. I would give this hotel a 1 or 2 out of 5. I would give the North hotel 4.5.

Pros:Very pleasant environment. The suites are large and comfortable. The all inclusive breakfast was high quality. A clean, interesting and family friendly place.

Pros:I had a Christmas eve and Christmas day unplanned layover in LA. The girl at the front, Jordan really was sweet and nice. Helped my stay start off right.

Pros:The bed was new and comfortable. They allowed late check-In.

Cons:There were young prostitutes everywhere and the staff just let them.As well as Pimps outside. The staff even talked with Johns to arrange room visits with the prostitutes. It was uncomfortable atmosphere. The suite had several holes in the floor , under the carpet. The tubs drain plug was broken. But we said nothing since I was too afraid to open the door again.

Pros:I had a long day and became stranded in LA overnight. The manager did a great job realizing my situation and helping make me comfortable and ensuring that I had all I needed..
