It works, I have lost more than 50% of my hair in the past few months. I just finished the first bottle of nutrilite complex, and it helped , no more hair fall, just a few a day but
you have to be very patient. It seemed like it was doing nothing first month then one day I woke up and thought wow, my hair is SO long! :o) I really hope I will get the volume back, my hair is growing like never before, it's shinier, and I think I see some regrowth, but I am not sure yet. My brows and eyelashes are looking so much better too. I couldn't find the ingredients list before I purchased this supplement, but I can tell you now that there aren't nearly enough of any mentioned in the
description extras to make the difference for you, it's just plain biotin. There is some collagen, but not a lot, maybe it contributes to positive results too... I do recommend it if you don't mind the price, it's a great product. I reordered different biotin tablets for less. Please keep in mind, biotin can wreck havoc on your skin, more is not necessary better here, drink plenty of water when you take it!
P.S. The item arrived fresh with good expiration date (seller optimalhealth).

I kept looking for better quality hair supplements (only biotin is not enough!), and found them. I see regrowth with Kal hair force, Pure Alaska omega wild alaskan salmon oil, and solaray once daily woman vitamins. I still buy nutrilite if I find it for a good price, and take it once-twice a week mostly for skin. Solaray hair nutrients are great as well. I take salmon oil every day, and alternate between hair vitamins and once daily woman.
I also noticed my hair has become very soft, frizz
free, light and fluffy, and looks thick and full of body after I started eating avocados!! I've never had such soft hair in my life! I put a quarter or less of avocado in my salad everyday. You will see the difference in a week or so. One day you will wash and dry your hair and notice it right away. Yes, it just sort of happens one day. Skin looks nicer as well. I bought a bottle of good avocado oil, and tried it on my hair. I did not like it at all. The result wasn't the same.
