In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Add the seasoning to the chicken breasts and rub till well covered. Put a chip pan or deep pot on the stove. Add oil into it to be at least 2 inches deep. Heat the oil on medium heat to a temperature of 350F. Add in the seasoned chicken breast and fry for 12 minutes till it's golden brown and cooked inside.
