There are two wheel alignment options offered at Firestone Complete Auto Care outlets—standard wheel alignment service and lifetime wheel alignment service.
Standard Wheel Alignment
In standard wheel alignment service, a Firestone Complete Auto Care technician will inspect and adjust the camber, caster, and toe angles of a vehicle. He will also inspect the front and rear steering and suspension system. Tire pressure, condition, and air pressure will also be conducted.
After conducting the inspection and adjustment of the wheel alignment, the auto technician would then road test the vehicle. Standard wheel alignment services have a 12 month or 12,000 limited warranty.
Lifetime Wheel Alignment
Firestone Complete Auto Care also offers lifetime wheel alignment service. Those who avail of this promo can have their wheel alignments inspected free of charge every six months or 6,000 miles as long as they own the vehicle.
Aside from wheel alignment services, Firestone Complete Auto Care offers wheel balancing services. Unlike in wheel alignment wherein misaligned angles are corrected to keep the vehicle from veering to one side, wheel balancing corrects uneven distribution of weight. This could potentially lead to problems like vibration, damage to suspension, and excessive tire wear.
In performing wheel balancing service, Firestone Complete Auto Care technicians mount steel weights to the inside or outside of the wheels to balance the wheel assembly.

Firestone Complete Auto Care is once again is offering $50 savings off of their Lifetime Alignment service for one day only on New Years Day. The regular base price appears to be $199.99 or ~$200, which has gradually increased over the past several years when it used to start closer to ~$130. If you have a vehicle and find a need for periodic alignments, such as when having to regularly commute over rough or poorly maintained roads, then this deal may help reduce your long term maintenance costs. If you have no parts to replace then future/subsequent alignments should not cost you anything. Our family regularly encounters pot-holes galore so we've made good use of this with our vehicles.
