Jordan 1 low crimson tint release date

The Jordan 1 Low Crimson Tint is a fresh new colourway of the legendary Air Jordan 1 silhouette that was originally designed by Peter Moore and first launched in 1985 as Michael Jordan’s first-ever signature sneaker. It launched in high, mid and low-top variations with all three still hugely popular today.

Crafted from premium-quality smooth leather, the black and light pink colourway looks better than ever on the AJ1, with Nike’s signature Swoosh logo running across both the lateral and medial sides. Additional branding comes in the form of a Jumpman logo embroidered onto the tongue and the wings logo across the heel.

Underfoot, a white rubber midsole conceals high-end Nike Air cushioning that makes these a comfortable option for both the courts and the streets. Whether you’re a fully-fledged Air Jordan collector or looking to pick up your first pair, these will make a great addition to your collection!

The Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Crimson Tint is no doubt one of the cleanest makeovers we've seen from Jordan Brand in a while. Though among one of the newer additions in Jordan Brand‘s color range, Crimson Tint has become something of a sight for sore eyes regardless of its backdrop — be it the Air Max 720, 98, or even the divisive Jordan Mars 270. The Air Jordan 1, though, may be the most natural bar none, and it’s finally set to arrive once again though this time atop the Air Jordan 1 Low. And even despite the different shape, the colorway arrives essentially unchanged; the Bred likeness is still ever-present, as the toe box, Swoosh, and back-placed overlays are the only fixtures to receive color. Elsewhere, black leathers affix to the toe cap, eye stay, and everything in between, finishing the blocking in a fashion that falls right into line with its inspiration. Low-top exclusive details, however, do add a bit of distinction, as Wings insignia seat the heel while Jumpman branding the tongue. Grab an official look at these right here and expect a Nike.com release to arrive within the coming months.

In other news, the Jordan React Elevation appeared in a black and white colorway.

Jordan Brand released an Air Jordan 1 “Crimson Tint” in 2019, and now the popular style is coming back — kind of — thanks to a new Air Jordan 1 Low. Though its colorblocking is identical to the “Crimson Tint,” this low-cut Air Jordan 1 is in fact dubbed “Arctic Orange” and boasts a few special pieces of its own.

A signature “Arctic Orange” hue is mostly present on the shoe’s front and rear, namely the toebox, heel, collar and midfoot Swoosh. Mudguards, quarter panels and eyestays are done up in black for contrast. Though the “Arctic Orange” is mostly constructed of leather, it features a poofy black nylon tongue with an orange Jumpman logo. Heels get in on the branded flair as well, as they’re embroidered with an OG black ball-and-wings logo, Michael Jordan‘s signature graphic in 1985 and 1986 before Tinker Hatfield debuted the now-iconic Jumpman in 1987. Crisp white midsoles and stark black outsoles round off the look.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Arctic Orange” is set to release at retailers like Afew come May 11, and is priced at a standard $110 USD. A US release will likely follow in the coming weeks.
