OnPoint Customer Service Number

Call 503-228-7077 or 800-527-3932 to reach an OnPoint Community Credit Union customer service rep. This number is answered from Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT. They also answer the phone on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Use this number if your ATM card was lost or stolen, and you are calling during regular business hours.

If your ATM card was lost or stolen after business hours, call 800-264-5578. If you are out of the country, call collect at 701-461-0621.

To talk to someone about your Signature Visa with Rewards Credit Card, call 866-820-5831.
