For the price its perfect. I had an incident involving a large bird... see pic! The OEM mirror from my dealer was $180 so this one at less than $50 was a bargain. Installed quickly without effort and I was able to salvage my body colored trim piece so I didn't have to get the one painted that came with the kit.The mirror does shake a little bit at speed and is not as firm as the OEM but you can see clearly through it at all times and it also adds heated mirrors to my 2011 when you put the rear window defrost on which has helped in FL in these winter months. The mirror would be perfect with a little more rigidity in the glass to stop the slight shake. Would recommend.

This replacement works ok. It doesn't quite have the same range of motion to adjust the mirror that my original mirror had. I am tall, and this mirror won't adjust quite enough to get it where I need it. It sort of gets about 85% of the way into where I need it to be and I have to make do. Other than that, it's an easy install. Be careful not to lose any of the original screws. You will need those to reinstall the new part.

I would order again if need be. It was a perfect fit on my Mazda 3 2010. No problems at all .

This worked for my 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback. I had an intact cover and turn signal light so I could simply swap it out for the black cover included and it looked like the original. The motor attachment snapped in fine as well and it works properly, i.e., not slow as indicated in another review.

The problem for me was that it did not come with screws or hex nuts and the hex nuts that secure the original part did not fit into the holes of this system. If I'd been smarter I would have checked that as soon as I removed one from the original in case a trip to the hardware store was required. I had to hunt around in my collection to find something that worked. I seemed to secure it all right but it would have been better to have proper screws or nuts provided. The other thing is that there is no turn indicator like with the original so you will have two side view mirrors that are different unless you have intact parts as I did. You get what you pay for and this was a good price when purchased.

I bought this for my 2010 Mazda 3 to replace the stock mirror after some idiot smashed it with his truck (in which he promptly drove off in without so much as a sorry). It fits perfectly and it's super easy to install. Plus, it's heated which is an upgrade to the non-heated mirror that was there before :)

As a sidenote, if your car has the stock Black Mica paint job (like mine does), the basic plastic back piece that comes with this actually matches pretty well. The stock picture above makes it look pretty matte, but it's not. It doesn't quite have the same shimmer, but it's still glossy so I doubt you'd notice it on such a small part compared to the rest of the car unless you're looking very carefully.

This mirror was exactly as advertised and was a perfect fit for a 2007 mazda 3. Easy and fast to install.
The cover comes off and can be switched with the one from the original mirror in order to match the color. This was a great buy for the price.
