Our suites have a small refrigerator an a microwave, however we do not have kitchenettes Our Residence Inn Hotels have kitchens.

property is located off of a main road which I did not love but it was okay. Parking was also easier to find however there was a car that had gotten all 4 tires stolen which made us feel a bit uneasy. Overall, for the price, the staff, the amenities, the cleanliness and attention to detail it was a great stay. Air conditioning was very pleasant and the property was secured after hours. Only those that had a key card could enter which I appreciated. Our favorite features were the fridge,
microwave and separate bathroom and shower room. We appreciate the accessibility and space it gave to do different things at the same time. Stayed 4 nights in Sep 20225/5 Excellent

out in front of our room that woke us up and we had to get down on the floor because it was a lot of banging against the walls, it was a lot of screaming and slamming going on. We called the front desk to see if it was safe to stay in the hotel and the response was the police officers we’re trying to get the situation under control and later called back and said if we weren’t comfortable with staying the we could leave with no charge for the stay, however. We we’re booked to stay for an
additional night and l told the lady on the phone that we were awakened by the commotion and initially was in bed. I was concerned because you could hear the fight continuously while still on the phone with the lady. We were afraid to leave the room, the lady l spoke with stated that her manager Jen said no charge if we had decided to leave. It was pretty late in the night to find other sleeping arrangements for my family at the last moment. The lady we spoke with on the phone stated that the
police officers we’re on the premises trying to handle the situation but she became annoyed with me asking her if it was safe for us to stay in the hotel. This was a pretty bad experience especially when you chose to spend part of your vacation there. Stayed 2 nights in Aug 20221/5 Terrible
