I've gotten a few of these to make bone broth with. Can't really complain, except that getting the meat off the bones after cooking is tedious (this would relate to chicken backs from anywhere though). There isn't quite enough meat for my liking if I'm making a soup right away so I usually add a chicken breast or 2 as well.
