Fill out the form with your first and last name, email address, date of birth, zip code, phone number and password. Once logged into your Samsung account, click the "Register a Product" button. Select the type of device and then select the product line. Type in your product's serial number as well as the purchase date and where you purchased the product from. Click "Submit" to complete the product registration process.

Samsung Warranty Check

If your device has stopped working, you should perform a Samsung warranty check to see if the device is eligible for repair. Go to Samsung's "Product Warranties" page (see Resources) and sign into your Samsung account. Click "View Your Registered Products" and then click on the product that you would like to check the warranty for. The warranty status for your product will be displayed next to the product.     1. Visit https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/warranty
    2. Click "Register Your Product"
    3. Click "Log In" if you have an existing account, or "Sign Up Now" to create new Samsung Account
    4. After creating/logging in, please click "New Product Registration"
    5. Enter "Model Code" & "Serial Number", available from the back of the product box
    6. Enter Purchase Date and upload MyRepublic Device Receipt as part of Proof of Purchase
    7. Register the product

    After you are done with registering your product, you will be able to see the warranty status. You may click "Service Request" to log in the product and head down to the service centre for further actions. 

    Remember to bring along your product with original box & accessories and as well as the receipt to the service centre too!
